Please read these terms carefully as they set out your rights and obligations when you engage Louise Dammer for any of her services and you must comply with these terms
All work is carried out by Louise Dammer on the understanding that the client has agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
payment terms
Initial 50% deposit to be paid on agreement of quote
payment terms: 7 days prior to commencement of service
full and final payment is due 7 days after final invoice
Accepted payment methods - bank account transfer, credit card or BPAY.
conditions
I reserve the right to use images and logos for my website of examples of my styling and companies I have serviced
styling & design charges
Prices quoted for all work are estimates only and are based on the initial brief from the client. Any changes, corrections or work additional to the original brief will be charged at an hourly rate (or a pre-agreed fee negotiated by the client and louise dammer).
Charges for styling or design services to be provided by louise Dammer, will be set out in a written estimate or quotation that is provided to the customer. At the time of the customer's signed or email acceptance of this estimate or quotation, indicating acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fee will become immediately due. Work on the project will not commence until louise dammer has received this amount.
All work conducted by louise dammer at the request of the client, and without an agreed quotation will be charged at an hourly rate. Charges are not negotiable once work has commenced.
Upon start of an interior design a design agreement form must be signed outlining my design service. this will be sent prior to commencement tailored to your specific project.
Charges for Other Services and charges from third party providersCharges for any additional services over and above the estimated design, will become fully payable (100% of the quoted service amount) at the time of estimate or quotation acceptance.
All third party costs incurred from any third party supplier, as requested or agreed by our client, are liable by the client unless prior written notification (email is acceptable) is recieved within appropriate timing.
model & talent casting
it is the clients responsibility to approve talent and models before a shoot. Once the shoot commences with the tallent client must fullfill their obligation to pay for the servise regardless.
I louise dammer will not be held responsible for talents or models not fulfilling there obligation of there service when booked. This may be not looking like the photo on the casting photo, overweight, skin conditions and hair, un- shaven (un less asked) etc
The client is responsible for paying for agency loadings and talent fees
The client is responsible for model release forms to be signed if a non agency talent is used ( however I can provide a form for you )
props & wardrobe
to be approved before the shoot either verbally or through mood boards
Louise Dammer is not held responsible after the shoot if props, wardrobe were not approved by the client either verbally or through mood boards
client is responsible for payment of 100% of all props and wardrobe used whether they be hired or used
hotel, resort & hospitality conditions
when working in your property all food, accomodation and travel is paid for by the client
must stay at the property if hotel or resort ( if able to due to renovations or
water and lunch must be provided during working hours
interior design conditions
Upon start of an interior design a design agreement form must be signed outlining my design services, this will be sent prior to commencement tailored to your specific project.
PHOTOGRAPHY- Client agrees to permit Louise Dammer to photograph the project upon completion. I will be entitled to use such photos for portfolio and business purposes, but will not disclose the project location or client name with out clients prior written approval
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY-Client holds Louise Dammer harmless for any claim, loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising, either directly or indirectly, from contractor’s performance.
CANCELLATION Both client and Louise Dammer reserve the right to cancel this agreement upon not less than 7 days notice should either party fail substantially to perform in accordance with the terms of this agreement through no fault of the party initiating the termination. In the event of a cancellation not the fault of dammerinteriors, client shall be liable for any and all balances owed in full including but not limited to fees for services rendered, reimbursable expenses, pending purchase orders as of the cancellation date, etc
MERCHANDISE-Custom merchandise is non refundable. Custom merchandise will be identified on the purchase orders. All sales of custom merchandise are final.
Should the client return any merchandise other than damage purchased the client must pay a restocking fee plus cover the cost of freight to return the item to the vendor. All returns shall be in the original packaging unused and undamaged.
Furnishings/merchandise normally arrive in heavy packaging dammerinteriors shall remove packaging at client cost.
Louise Dammer cannot guarantee that actual prices for merchandise and/or interior installations or other costs or services will not vary either by item or pursuant to direct contracts with the client.
